Who we are

Klyrax is a marketing reporting service operated by Osabee Ltd ("we", "us"). For any privacy question write to emanuele@mintense.com.

Information request form

When you submit the "Request info" form on this website we collect your name, email address and, if you provide them, your company, website, number of managed clients and message, together with your IP address and browser user agent for spam prevention. We use this data only to answer your request and to contact you about Klyrax. The legal basis is your consent and our legitimate interest in replying to inquiries. We keep it for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

The Klyrax application

When you use app.klyrax.com and connect third-party platforms (such as Google, Meta, LinkedIn or Microsoft), we access your data in read-only mode through the official APIs, solely to display reports to you and the people you invite. We do not sell this data or use it for advertising. You can disconnect any platform or delete your account at any time. Klyrax's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Processors

We rely on service providers to run Klyrax: Supabase (database and backend), Vercel (hosting) and Resend (email delivery). They process data on our behalf under data processing agreements.

Analytics

We may use privacy-friendly, cookie-less analytics to understand how this website is used, in aggregate form.

Your rights

Under the GDPR and applicable laws you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time by writing to the address above. You may also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.
