DashThis alternative: pricing, features and when to switch

If you are looking for a DashThis alternative, the first question is whether DashThis's model actually fits you. DashThis charges per dashboard in USD and includes unlimited users and white label on every plan, which makes it a strong pick for agencies that want fast, branded dashboards. Klyrax is a European alternative for agencies that need multilingual dashboards, EU data hosting and a few integrations DashThis users often ask about.

I lead Klyrax at Osabee and work in digital marketing at Mintense, so I am obviously not neutral. That is why this comparison sticks to the vendor's published facts and says plainly when DashThis is the better choice.

How does DashThis pricing work?

DashThis pricing is based on dashboards, and one dashboard is one report. Each plan also caps the number of data sources you can connect across your dashboards.

  • Individual: $54/month, or $44/month billed annually: 3 dashboards, 15 data sources.
  • Professional: $164/month, or $139/month billed annually: 10 dashboards, 40 data sources.
  • Business: $324/month, or $279/month billed annually: 25 dashboards, 100 data sources.
  • Standard: from $499/month, or $429/month billed annually: 50+ dashboards.
  • AI Insights PRO add-on: +$19/month, or $15/month billed annually.

What DashThis costs at 3, 10 and 25 clients

Assuming one dashboard per client, here is what the plan that fits each agency size costs per year, monthly versus annual billing.

Clients (= dashboards) Plan Billed monthly Billed annually Yearly total, monthly vs annual
3 Individual $54/month $44/month $648 vs $528
10 Professional $164/month $139/month $1,968 vs $1,668
25 Business $324/month $279/month $3,888 vs $3,348

Two practical notes. First, if some clients need more than one report, you hit the dashboard limit earlier. Second, the data-source cap matters: on Individual, 15 sources across 3 dashboards is about 5 sources per client, which is enough for most small accounts but not for a client running search, social, ads and email at once.

For Klyrax there is nothing to put in this table yet: Klyrax is in early access and pricing is available on request.

What does USD billing mean for EU and UK agencies?

All DashThis prices are shown in USD. For an agency that invoices clients in euros or pounds, that has two simple consequences.

  1. Your cost in local currency moves with the exchange rate. The same $279 monthly bill can cost more or less in euros or pounds from one month to the next.
  2. Annual billing fixes the dollar amount, not your local cost. You lock in a USD price, but the euro or pound amount depends on the rate when you pay.

How your bank or card provider converts foreign-currency payments depends on your own banking terms, so check them before committing. If you resell reporting to clients at a fixed price, consider leaving a margin for currency swings. For many agencies this is a minor detail; for others, predictable local-currency costs are a real budgeting factor.

Languages and EU data hosting

This is where Klyrax differs most. Klyrax dashboards are available in English, Italian, French, German and Spanish, so a client in Lyon or Munich can read the report in their own language without you rebuilding it.

Klyrax data is hosted in the EU, in Stockholm, and Klyrax is sold to businesses only. For agencies whose clients ask where marketing data is stored, an EU location can simplify the conversation with their data protection contact. DashThis is a Canadian company based in Montréal; if hosting location matters to you, check DashThis's own documentation for details.

Integrations: which sources can you report on?

Both tools connect the usual marketing platforms. Klyrax connects in read-only mode, through official OAuth or API keys, to 15 platforms: Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Google Ads, YouTube, Meta Ads, Facebook Pages, Instagram, LinkedIn (pages and ads), Microsoft Ads, Bing Webmaster Tools, Mailchimp, Pinterest, Umami, Climbeo and psentry.

A few of these are less common in reporting tools:

  • Bing Webmaster Tools: organic search performance on Bing: clicks, impressions and indexing.
  • Umami: privacy-friendly web analytics that many European sites use alongside or instead of GA4.
  • Climbeo: an additional data source available in Klyrax.
  • psentry: AI visibility, meaning how a brand appears in ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Claude.

In the reports we build for clients, seeing Google Ads, Meta Ads and Microsoft Ads side by side is what makes metrics like ROAS comparable across channels. Before choosing any tool, list the sources your clients actually use and check each one is supported.

Sharing reports with clients

DashThis includes unlimited users and white label on every plan, so your clients see dashboards under your brand. That is a genuine strength and Klyrax does not list white label among its current features.

Klyrax gives unlimited team and client access, public live links you can send to a client without a login, and PDF and PowerPoint export for monthly meetings. It is multi-client and multi-site, so one workspace can hold every client and every website. Klyrax focuses on live dashboards and exports; it does not offer scheduled email reports or AI insights.

When should you choose DashThis?

DashThis is the better choice in several common situations:

  • White label is a must. It is included on all plans, with no extra tier to unlock.
  • You want polished dashboards fast. DashThis is simple to set up and well suited to agencies that want ready-looking reports quickly.
  • Your client count is stable and small. With 3, 10 or 25 clients, the plans map neatly onto your book of business.
  • You bill in USD or don't mind currency exposure. For North American agencies, USD pricing is simply normal.
  • You want an AI insights add-on, which DashThis offers as AI Insights PRO.

When should you choose Klyrax?

Klyrax makes more sense when:

  • Your clients read reports in Italian, French, German or Spanish, not only English.
  • You want marketing data hosted in the EU.
  • You report on Bing Webmaster Tools, Umami, Climbeo or AI visibility through psentry, alongside Google, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft sources.
  • You prefer read-only connections and a live link clients can open at any time, plus PDF or PowerPoint for meetings.

How to switch from DashThis to Klyrax

Switching reporting tools works best as a short, planned overlap rather than a hard cut.

  1. Inventory your dashboards. List every client, the sources connected and the KPIs each report shows.
  2. Check source coverage. Match each data source against the 15 Klyrax integrations and note any gaps.
  3. Request access. Klyrax is in early access; use the "Request info" form to get pricing and an account.
  4. Connect sources in read-only mode for one or two pilot clients and rebuild their key views.
  5. Run both tools in parallel for one reporting cycle and compare numbers. Small differences usually come from date ranges, time zones or attribution settings.
  6. Move the remaining clients, send them the new live links, then downgrade or cancel DashThis at the end of your billing period.

Frequently asked questions

How much does DashThis cost?

DashThis prices by dashboard, in USD. Individual is $54 per month ($44 billed annually) for 3 dashboards and 15 data sources, Professional $164 ($139) for 10 dashboards, Business $324 ($279) for 25 dashboards, and Standard starts at $499 ($429) for 50+ dashboards. Prices were checked on 13 October 2026; check the vendor's page for current prices.

Does DashThis count clients or dashboards?

DashThis counts dashboards, and one dashboard equals one report. If every client gets one report, dashboards and clients are the same number. If some clients get separate reports, for example one for SEO and one for paid ads, each report uses a dashboard from your plan, so your plan fills up faster than your client list.

Is there a free trial of DashThis?

Yes. DashThis offers a 14-day free trial that includes 10 dashboards, so you can rebuild a few real client reports before paying. Klyrax is currently in early access: there is no public free plan, and you can request information and pricing through the form on the Klyrax website.

Does DashThis include white label?

Yes. White label is included on all DashThis plans, together with unlimited users, according to the vendor's pricing page checked on 13 October 2026. This is one of the strongest reasons to choose DashThis if branded reports are a requirement for your agency.

What is the best DashThis alternative for European agencies?

It depends on what you need. If you want dashboards in English, Italian, French, German or Spanish, data hosted in the EU and sources like Bing Webmaster Tools, Umami, Climbeo or AI visibility from psentry, Klyrax is built for that. If you need white label and USD billing is not an issue, DashThis remains a solid choice.
